Howtogirl.com (”the site”): By using the site, you agree to be bound by the conditions of our Terms of Service (TOS). Howtogirl.com is provided as a family friendly destination on the World Wide Web, and we, the providers of this service, will do everything that we can to maintain that goal. We reserve the right to amend these TOS at any time. Any use of this site or it’s contents for any illegal purposes whatsoever is strictly prohibited!
Our Programs: “How-To” and “Taste of How-To” are presented for entertainment purposes only. Individual results may vary. It is assumed that anyone attempting a project or recipe is capable of understanding and implementing all safety precautions with any kits or project documentation. In no event shall Real Dream Productions, it’s principles, partners, or members be held liable for any individuals failure to follow instructions or basic safety precautions.
Forums: The site provides a forum to facilitate communication between our members, should they choose to use it, and to provide a source of discussion related to the materials presented both in our podcast(s), our blog(s), and our web site. This is not a public forum, and is therefore subject to registration, and any policies we determine to be necessary to maintain the community we wish to build. This forum is free to join and we do not have membership restrictions. As stated, this is a family oriented site where we expect people of all ages and backgrounds to visit, and communicate. Therefore, we have established “community rules” on our forums that are separate from these TOS, and should be read thoroughly before registering, as all Members will be expected to abide by them.
